Anchor Heat & Air was truly a first-class experience. My heat went out just before it was about to get really cold so I called for a service call. The person who came out to service the system was very knowledgeable. He explained to me that he could fix the system but since the system was so old her couldn’t guarantee that something else wouldn’t go wrong. I had been told by other service personnel from Anchor that it really was time to get a new system. After this latest incident I decided to take their advice and get a new system. I called the office to set up an appointment. They made an immediate appointment with their sales team and Jordan came out the next day. He was very thorough and very patient in explaining all my options. Once a decision was made they were able to get me on the schedule pretty quick. Luckily it wasn’t due to get really cold for another couple of days, but even so, while I was waiting for the new system, they provided me with portable heaters to help keep us warm. The guys that came out to install the system were extremely nice and quick. They had the new system and duck work installed within 2 days with no muss or fuss. They took care of cleaning everything up and making sure the house wasn’t disrupted at all. They even made friends with our dog. Jordan followed up to make sure I was happy with everything (a rarity in most businesses). I have been very happy with the new system and I am even saving some money. It is so nice to be warm in my house without having to wear sweats and be under a blanket all the time. Also, with the new duct work upstairs there is no longer a 10+ degree difference between the upstairs and downstairs.

This morning, my family woke up to a chilly house. I called Anchor around 8:30, and before 9:00, they had a technician dispatched and at our house to fix the problem. The technician was absolutely fantastic, and he had everything working again within 15 minutes.

My family have been very happy Anchor customers for years now, and today's experience was typical of how Anchor has taken care of us for these years.

This was my first time using Anchor Heating and Air. Not only were they there within 2 hours after my first call, the workers were professional and efficient. David Walker was my technician. He even fixed what the previous repair men had messed up. I have found my new heating and air service! I definitely recommend them!

My thermostat was giving me problems. I called Anchor and the thermostat had just passed its warranty. Anchor was very sympathetic and sent Jason to check it out that same day. Jason determined that I needed a replacement (at no additional costs). Not only was Jason thorough and competent in exchanging the thermostat, he was courteous and patient explaining its new features. This is one of the reason I have been a customer for over 15 years.
