I have been using Anchor Heating and Air for the past 6 years and there is no better service you will get from any other company. They are professional, courteous and excellent at determining what is needed to get me through the cold winter or hot summer. There have been times when all i needed was a small adjustment to my existing unit and other times when they let me know I had gotten all I was going to get from a 27 year old unit. I gladly would choose them again!

I called Anchor because of a problem with my AC now getting cool enough. This was an emergency request. They arrived less than 24 hours after my call and the technician found the problem very quickly. He provided me with a couple of different options to fix the problem. His work was done quickly and at a very fair price. I have had no issues with the unit since Anchor made the repair, almost five months ago. I would recommend Anchor for both routine servicing and any needed emergency repairs. Quick response, professional, quality work at a fair price.

I recently contacted Anchor, for an emergency AC repair, due to a punctured line set. I spoke with James and he was able to rearrange the schedule and set an appointment first thing the following morning. Rusty was the technician sent to do the repair. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to not only repair the line set, but also moved it, as it had been improperly installed. He also washed the outdoor unit and cleaned the condenser coil. I was so pleased with James and Rusty and very impressed with this company.

This is a great company to work with. Especially when you are on a tight budget. They are understanding and go out of their way to help you. The lady who answers the phone and does the schedule is absolutely the most likable and understanding agent. She knows her stuff and will promptly get the right person for the job. Mr. Andy Stone is great to work with. Makes you feel comfortable. Very respectful and even loves your animals lol. He has done excellent work and we prefer Mr. Stone over all the other companies out there and trust him to do the job as if it was his own home. These are good hearted people and that's hard to find these days. So thank you Anchor Heating & Air for a job well done and making us feel like family!

Allen went above and beyond to help me maximize my closet space, install a system that met my needs, and answer all my questions. The installation crews led by John and Bradley were kind, knowledgeable and communicative. My new system is very quiet. I’m very grateful for the service I received and would highly recommend them. We have used Anchor for close to 10 years, and we could not be happier with their professionalism, friendliness, and overall strong work ethic. I need to revise this review. We initially had a very good experience with Anchor's first visit to our rental property in Douglasville. The technician was very thorough and caring about getting this repair done on a budget. Then when that first repair did not work out as well as we'd hoped, we called in to get the unit fixed again and this call-back started out badly. I even posted a negative review here about the experience. However, shortly after the difficult call with Anchor's customer service department, Hal Kadel (the Customer Service Manager at Anchor) called my wife back and apologized for the difficult call and sent a team back out to make the repair good. They were thorough and repaired the unit and restored it back to full working order and gave us a generous price break on the second repair since the first one hadn't been successful. We are very grateful for a good service manager following up and making sure they did the right thing by their customers. We will be loyal customers for a long time to come.

The experience was awesome from beginning to completion. The only company since owning my home with a residential Geothermal system to know what the hell they were doing. They called with updates on parts that were ordered and servicing times. Same techs that diagnosed the unit completed the work. Techs that service my unit were professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great company with great service.

I can not say enough good things about the quality and professionalism of this team. They moved quickly to repair my system during the hot summer. I would recommend them hands down over similar companies in my area.
