Sunday of a Holiday weekend and our main drain blocked backing water up through the toilet and causing a small flood in the basement! Paul from RS Andrews was brilliant. Arrived when promised and worked quickly to identify then solve our problem. Offered additional advice to help maintain our system. Very happy he was able to help us!!

RS Andrews sent Max to my home to discuss an electrical issue. He was knowledgeable and went out of his way to over explain things to me. I’m grateful for genuine, kind, and professional people who know their craft. I went through an unfortunate experience with another Specialist from another company and Max went above and beyond to create confidence in finding what true issue is. Thanks RS and thanks Max.

Anthony arrived on time and was very professional. He explained to me in terms that I could understand what was going on with my unit. I would recommend RS Andrews to anyone that is in need of service or just needs a maintenance plan.. RS Andrews is very blessed to have Anthony work for them.

RS Andrews has been consistently GREAT to work with! Over the past couple years Ive had Sean Buie out to service my family each time. Sean is Professional, knowledgeable, timely and personable. I like that he is willing to take the time to explain what the issues are and discuss the options with me. That is one impressive operation! I have never been more impressed by an outstanding service professionally delivered. We thought we had our ducts cleaned 8 years ago - it was NOTHING like this experience. They arrived on time at 8 am and worked for 9 hours fixing problems they found and took care to make sure everything worked correctly they worked on each of our three systems and were incredibly diligent. My wife and I immediately noticed a huge improvement in our air quality. I highly recommend RS Andrews. Incredible!

Desmond and Michael were great techs. Very helpful, thorough, and informative. I requested an earlier appointment time and he was able to accommodate, and get everything squared away in no time. Will be requesting him every time I use RS Andrews!
