    Great job by John Hornstein at Reliance Heating and Air! He was the first service technician to diagnose an upstairs zone problem by disassembling the damper, discovering that some insulation was missing, allowing heat to escape when it shouldn't have. Thanks, John!!

    I've been using Reliance for 7 years, since I moved into my home, and they are always able to get you scheduled quickly. Their repairmen always explain what they're doing and even took the time to explain how to use the HVAC system when I moved in. Their repairman Scott and dispatcher Sherri even took a call on the road for a quick question that came up. I really appreciate that I can count on them for my HVAC!

    Antonio came out on icy roads to fix my heat pump issue, and was able to identify the problem and resolve it very quickly. With temperatures in the 20’s and below this week I am so grateful he fixed my heat! He’s a rock star!!!!

    I have been a customer of Reliance for over 15 years. Initially, I ended up with Reliance because they installed the AC unit in my townhome. Reliance has kept all of my HVAC systems running smoothly with my yearly maintenance plan. I have remained with Reliance over the years because of great service but more importantly because of one specific technician, Shane. He is my favorite technician and an expert in the HVAC field. Shane explains everything to you in clear understandable details and he has a great personality that makes you feel so at ease. I like that the company looks to service your HVAC units to keep them optimal performance rather than up sell one off parts or services. I would highly recommend Reliance because they have skilled technicians and the best person on their team, Shane. As always, today’s visit delivered excellent customer service. Shane is just amazing and I can always count on him to do an excellent job as he did today.

    This company has outstanding service! I can't say enough good things about them. We've used their service for over 2 years and have had the same great service every time. This time they told us how to fix it over the phone, no charge and a jolly personality. Love it!

    They have maintained our neighborhood units for years. It's common to have them out multiple times to fix the same issue. I have lost faith in their ability to troubleshoot and repair root cause issues.

    The FINAL straw was after a repair in Sunday, they wanted a CC payment. I asked if the tech was going to run my card. He said no it's after hours, we write down your card and process it later. That is their after hours process. No data security whatsoever.

    If they can't run my card on Sunday, there is no reason to write it down on Sunday and take it with them. Techs should have cc processing in phones, tablets or a website. they should not be reliant on writing it down, no encryption etc. If that is how they handle my paymt info while I am there, I question how they handle private pay rent info on their backend systems

    I don't trust their data security or ability to do quality work any longer.

    They installed a system in my house 4 years ago. It has had furnace issues every winter since. They claim only a year warranty and don't want to stand by their work. Another company estimated $1500 to fix the design of the system (not a parts issue, an install issue). I gave them a chance to make it right and they wanted me to pay for a visit before they would come out to look at it. I will avoid in the future.
