Reliance Heating and Air

Called to get my home AC serviced. A nice lady picked up and transferred me. Another nice lady picked up and transferred me. I waited on hold five minutes. Then it kicked me back to the second lady I talked to. She then transferred me back to the hold line for another five minutes. Then it kicked me back to th same lady again and she told me there’s nothing she could do.

I want to take my hat off to thank such an awesome company. These guys have responded to every call I’ve made to them. To all of the techs that I met, you are awesome! I want to give a really huge shout out to William, he was absolutely amazing. He squeezed me into his busy schedule and made sure he didn’t leave until my AC unit started working. Thanks again William for your hard work buddy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in Atlanta and the surrounding areas. You guys ROCK!

We have been very pleased with Reliance Heating & Air. We get semi-annual inspections from them. Their technicians are always professional, informative and friendly. Just as important, they show up when they say they will. We had Jay today, and he was perfect.

If this is the location that is installing at The Retreat at Sterling on the Lake, I'm downright embarrassed for them. They showed up at the wrong property, they ran the most ridiculous venting runs, they didn't finish the install, they overran the length in the building code for the dryer vent, they installed the dryer vent so it has to be squashed in order to fit into the wall and then they even did a lazy job of fixing it when they got caught. They didn't seal everywhere they were supposed to in the ducting, either. All around shoddy work. Cannot recommend.

Had a issue with evaporator coil. Technician Jay diagnosed the issue and took care to replace it under warranty. Install crew where great. Did excellent job . Signed them for maintenance plan as well. Definitely recommend them especially Jay.

This is a long overdue round of applause to the Nashville office. My thermostat was the victim of a bad storm, and I couldn't get it set. In May, it got HOT! They tried to talk me through a reset from the office, but I still couldn't solve the problem. I had 25 guests coming for lunch on an 80 degree day, and instead of putting me on a wait list for service, the guy from the office came out, solved my problem in minutes and "everything was cool!" I've had to call them before for minor stuff, and they've always come to my rescue quickly. Three Cheers for Reliance!!

Came out within a few hours, diagnosed and fixed my issue almost immediately.
Very impressive.
Will definitely use them again.
