Repaired contractor bad installation of primary on-off switch. Performed a system check and replaced filter. Instruction on hvac and ventilation system that was not offered at new home walk-through. Very professional

We have used Reliance for 14 years and found them to do good work at a fair price. Their service technicians are well trained, courteous, and professional.

Disappointing- Scheduled a service appointment and to have them change the airflow. Tech showed up late, no apology just an attitude. He came with a 4 ft ladder and air filter and not a single tool or gauge. When he saw that his ladder wouldn't work and I offered him a ladder which would reach the AC unit (10 ft up), he responded that the filter didn't need to be changed. He also said he did not have time to work on the airflow. I would need to reschedule that. Not sure what services they offering to provide for a $98 service appointment if it doesn't even include looking a the unit, changing a filter or require a single tool but whatever it is, I don't need it.

Jay did a great job. Very knowledgeable and quickly found and repaired the problem.

Reliance installed our HVAC system back in 2012. It has been very reliable and so have they. They come twice a year to inspect and have always been on time and very professional.

We had a fantastic experience. The appointment was easy to schedule and we have our heat back. The technician was prompt and professional. We will definitely use this service again.

The technician Jay did a great job explaining what was performed during the semi-annual inspection of the heat/air system. He advised to install carbon monoxide detectors on each level of the home where gas is used.

Caring for Elderly and having kids, Environmental controls are essential.
1230 at night in the middle of a heat wave is not when you want your AC to go out.
Jason, Their Emergency tech, answered the call. He was polite, knowledgeable and informative. He had me prepped for when Philip came out first thing in the morning.
A Few hours of work and everything is back to normal at a reasonable price I can afford!

I Called the "Cool" Competition, they called back 8 hours later with a string of F-Bombs for having called them so late.

Every time Jay comes out here to work on my HVAC he does a great job!
