    Called two times and spoke with nice people in the office who took my info. Nobody ever called me back. Left an online message for them to contact me as well. Wanted a quote on installing a whole new basement system. Guess they’re doing really well and don’t need any new business. Wouldn’t bother calling them because install crews won’t call you back.

    My service tech over that past few years has been Jay Hornstein. He is very professional, on time and details what he is doing to the semi-annual service. One thing I really like about Reliance Heating and Air is that they try to send the same service tech for each visit. It makes me feel comfortable knowing Jay is going to be the tech because of our past interactions and discussions surrounding my system. I also like that they call the day before to remind me and Jay calls when he is on his way.

    This company installed the HVAC systems in our new home. Immediately upon moving in (July 2020), we noticed humidity issues. The humidity in our home was in the 60's, and in our master closet, the clothes immediately began to smell musty. I had to move all of our clothes out of the closet. Brand new home.
    They sent out countless technicians and we never saw any improvement.
    A few months later we noticed that our son's bedroom and bathroom were getting very little air flow. It was cold in the winter and HOT in the summer. After so many calls and technicians coming out, the company agreed to add some booster fans to the areas that we were having issues with.
    While we have seen some improvement, our son's bedroom/bathroom is still hot (and I assume will be cold in the winter), and my clothes are beginning to smell musty again. I have probably spent hundreds on damp-rid products.

    The last time a technician came out, he seemed really frustrated that he had been out so many times, and even commented that he had been up late due to watching football the night before and should have taken the day off.

    Several others in our neighborhood have dealt with the same issues of poor air flow and hot rooms. The amount of time I've spent with this company is absurd. In fact, one of the times that I called, the person that I've spoken to the most laughed, saying that I should work there given the knowledge I've gained throughout this experience. Not funny!!!

    Anyway, I am giving up with Reliance and will just need to pay another company to help us with the issues.
