Reliance Heating and Air

Please know that this is NOT my style. This was a last resort. I do Construction Design and have a project starting. This just happens to be my personal home. I have called and called your office. I have spoken to two nice ladies on the phone. HOWEVER, no one seems to know who in the heck handles new construction for your company. I spent 20 minutes today being transferred back and forth to get NO WHERE! This was after emailing plans etc and talking to someone two weeks ago. Needless to say I am moving on. But as a business owner, I know you can't fix what you don't know about. Just please know I put in my best effort to give your company a fair shake on a great project!

My new home hvac is with them.Too much issue for their installation and Lennox product.we got to broke the wall for the leaking.it broke down in the summer more than 5 times and now we are facing to the heating with cool air issue. They have patience to response your call and come to your house but never fix the issue completely.

Called yesterday because our thermostat stoped working, they gave me an appointment for today no problem. They were very nice and helpful over the phone. Calvin the technician called me to let me know he was on his way. Came in very quickly with a new thermostat and was installed super fast. He was very polite and professional. Overall a great experience!
