This is a great company with great people! We are having our basement renovated and they moved some ducks and fixed a small gas leak. The furnace stopped working this week and they came back to fix it at no charge even though the problem was likely caused by a subcontractor that was in after they were here.

We remodeled our house 12 years ago. David came up with the perfect design for a return to be put in our kitchen without cutting holes in the floor. It has worked wonderfully for us. You can't even tell it's there. Monday, August 26, 2019, we put in a call to have David come out and service this particular unit. One of his technicians, Butch Ostman, came out, diagnosed the problem and
fixed it. He had to replace a switch which he did not have with him. He was back out the next day and completed the repair. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable. We will definitely use Butch and David again.

I called Poland Heating & Air to give me an estimate to replace my AC coil and (if needed) my AC coil and a condenser. My usual HVAC service company for the past 15 years (Neese Jones) quoted me $2,395 for the coil and $4,300/$4,500 (depending on the Seer rating) for the coil & condenser. Poland quoted me $998 and $3300/$3500. What a price difference! They did the work today, arrived on time & were very professional. So of course I'm now using Poland Heating & Air for my HVAC needs.

This morning a driver tried to run me off the road. He drove van with the tag CAS5170. If he's a reflection of the company, I would NEVER let them into my home. He is hateful and aggressive! Be careful! However when I called the office the manager was very polite.
