We have been without air for a few days. We recently had a 21 year old furnace and AC unit begin to fail. ECS worked with us to consider the options to repair the unit or replace it. The options were clear, honest and straight forward. While the recommendation was to replace it, there was no high pressure and Buck was always sensitive to the costs involved with each option and the benefits and long term vs short term costs. We decided to replace the system. His price was fair and better than the bigger outfits. His crew was great and their attention to quality matched or exceeded the best around. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Buck makes you feel like a customer not just a sale.

These guys were great! Not only were they the only AC guys that got back to me when our AC went out, they were the best priced with everything! They installed the new unit so well and even were nice and sweet to my dogs! I’m a huge supporter of small businesses and you can tell Buck Ford takes his job and work seriously and with great pride!

Buck went out of his way to help me on a hot July Friday afternoon late when the AC in my parents home went out. He was responsive and trustworthy, and worked me into his already booked schedule. His technician Joey was courteous, professional and fixed the problem. I highly recommend ECS!

I had the best air conditioner repair experience. My A/C went out during a the first heat wave of the summer. I was lucky to have a technician in the area and was able to get an appointment the same day. The service technician Buck was very professional. He covered his shoes before coming in the house. He was able to diagnose the problem right away. Since my A/C unit was 15 years old. He explained the repair and how it postpone the needing to place my A/C unit for a year or more. Even though it was late in the evening nothing was rushed.

Buck, the owner, was professional and responsive. I woke up in a hot house with 7 kids at home from a sleepover. Buck's name was passed around as a referral when none of the other companies could get to me for a few days. Thankfully there was room in Buck's schedule to see me that day. He got to the root of the problem and got the unit up and running again in the afternoon. I even signed up for the maintenance program where someone will come visit twice a year to manage the upkeep on my 2 units. Look forward to having peace of mind on things going forward.

I have worked with Buck (now ECS) for many years. He has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and address my issues. He has never tried to up / over sell a solution. He makes recommendations based on what he feels is the best solution to meet my needs. During my last maintenance visit he identified a gas leak in my furnace I was totally unaware of.
