Installed a new min-split system in my basement. Great price, quality work, and excellent communication. Didn't try to sell un-needed features or services and was honest and to the point. Buck arrived in-person to ensure the work would be done exactly as discussed. Crew was professional and did quick, efficient work. Buck promptly followed up to verify I was satisfied with the work. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

We highly recommend Buck and Engineered Comfort Solutions. We called him last minute after Coolray cancelled and rescheduled on us the day prior. Buck came out same day, serviced our units, showed us issues we had and made recommendations all without any upsell for new units like other places I know would have done. Took the time to diagnose the real issue with my AC unit rather than putting a band-aid on the actual problem. Helped me resolve an improper installation from the builder and prove it to the company who installed the unit. They’ve earned my business. It’s hard to find reliable and honest businesses. My AC went out today and I called Buck. The experience I had couldnt have been better. He was able to come out within a couple of hours, he was polite, personable, and quickly diagnosed the issue. When the repair required a part he didnt have on him, he drove across town, picked up the part, and completed the job in no time. Long story short, we have had a ton of AC problems in our 5 year old home

We went through 3 other companies before we found Buck and I’m glad we did. He found a few issues that THREE other companies failed to address! Today the heat index is 103 degrees and our house is ice cold thanks to ECS.
