Steven is awesome - he's done seasonal checkups a number of times plus fixed a couple of critical issues in record time over the past few years since we've been a customer. He's courteous, on-time and explains everything, with alternatives/risks, before proceeding. Staton's office staff are great, too - super nice, so easy to work with.

Was having issues with my heating and called this company based on google reviews. The technician was professional and explained the problem and part needed to be fixed. After searching around with other companies I found this company's prices on a higher side. they quoted me 362 to change the pressure switch and their yearly maintenance plan was 250. Four seasons (5star) was cheaper in labor/parts and yearly plan (170) included more discounts and benefits.

Great service- the tech arrived on time, friendly, polite, efficient, and answered all questions I had about the semi-annual maintenance he was performing on the 3 units at my house. Office staff is also pleasant to work with on setting up an appointment. Great company to do business with.

Hai provided our services and was amazing! He was respectful of our home, described in detail what he was doing and even gave us some tips that we weren't aware of (like which vents circumvent back into the home, so keep candles away from those). He's been to our home before and was awesome then too. We've been using Staton for nearly 3 years now and will continue to do so.

Recently had Steven come out to the house for some routine maintenance and a potential leak. He was great. He was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Very professional team, and quick to perform all tasks

On the hottest day of the year so far, we had an issue with our compressor (didn't know that at the time) and instead of cold air we were getting heat. We called at noon, and the tech was here before 4:00. Problem fixed in under an hour. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Staton Heating & Air has been nothing short but awesome. Being new to the homeowner world, having them come out and install the A/C on our new home was huge! Their customer service was great and even answered all my silly/dumb questions. Really happy I went with them!
