Setting an appointment was easy with the friendly, personal phone receptionist. We received a text on the day of our appointment alerting us that the truck was on its way. The service tech was thorough and efficient and clearly explained the maintenance that he performed on both of our heat pump units. New filters were installed and he marked the replacement date. We were able to pay quickly by CC and a invoice arrived by email soon after. Very pleased with our service!

After a power outage, my air conditioning stopped working properly, so I contacted Staton Heating and Air. First, Tracey was pleasant, very helpful, and she quickly set up an appointment to get a technician out to my house. Josh Moore was a lifesaver and I thank him again for his knowledge and patience with me as I asked various questions for understanding. Thank you all for your wonderful customer service.
