Love working with this company! They answer the phone or call back fast! Fair pricing! I receive annual maintenance packages from them to help keep my HVAC system working properly. They also helped me over the phone when freezing temps caused my pipes to freeze.

Ivan Hernandez and his assistant were very knowledgeable and thorough. They were also very polite and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone!

So I’m usually not the type to leave reviews, but I must say hvac tech Ivan did a phenomenal job at my house. He throughly explained to me what the issue was and was able to fix that same day. Also, my boyfriend had some issues with his a/c at his house not working and this Ga heat is no joke! Ivan was able to fix the problem in an hour or less! We were very impressed with his work ethic and cleanliness. Would 100% recommend them/ Ivan for any of your hvac problems!

Tyler saved the day! We’re new to Georgia and learned so much in one visit, i.e., change your filters monthly. Lo and behold, a lizard came to visit and tripped our circuit breaker. 🦎 Plus, Tracy in the office was stellar!

Josh is a personable pro that I’m very happy to have working in my home. He goes above and beyond to make us feel good about using Staton as our HVAC company.

The entire process was pretty straightforward, but the 5-star review is because of the friendly attitude from the admin and the onsite tech (I believe Josh Moore) in addition to resolving the issue the first time around.

Replying for the response sent by HVAC company- There is NO NOISE ISSUE.. The HEATING system does not work as expected. AND YOUR TEAM KNOWS THIS FROM 1 YEAR AND THEY DID NOT FIX IT.. WHY YOU ARE PASSING THE BUCK TO BUILDER???..

They installed HVAC in our newly built townhome. There is an issue and they just refused to admit or correct it since last 1 year. Now 1 year passed and warranty is over so they are simply washing away their hands and asking me to pay money. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. They do not deserve to do any business
