Hai provided excellent customer service as well as demonstrated his knowledge and skills for his trade.

Staton is the best air-conditioning company we have found here in Georgia. We have been with them for 12 years. The service is impeccable. A young man named Todd one of their workers came and fixed our unit. He was courteous polite and very knowledgeable about our Lenox unit. The lady in the office by the name of Gail was absolutely wonderful.
The repair person came out last year, only fixed part of the problem, and when he returned again this year to fix the same system again. Then as the system needed more R22 refrigerant, he indicating that this was not sold any longer and I should buy a new AC unit. I purchased the refrigerant on eBay (tones available), and then they refused to recharge my unit with the R22 I had purchased. No help, lies trying to get me to spend more money than was needed... and I've lost respect. I certainly don't need service people like this.
Update. I had someone add the R22 to my AC, and it has worked just fine for over a year. So yes you technician was only interested in selling me a new system... I would never use your service ever again.
Kenny was knowledgeable and professional - also courteous & respective to observe Covid practices. Called to schedule the annual maintenance and was presently surprised to discover they could work me in the next day. Kenny let me know he was on the way along with his picture. He arrive right on time, and communicated the entire check list he would perform. I very much would recommend Staton and specifically Kenny!
Steven showed up at the time promised and was very knowledgeable about the unit and how to get the best efficiency from it. He reminded me about changing the filter and installing it in the right direction. He even gave info about other products they install. Thanks Steven! I appreciate the info and your product knowledge.
The only reason that they even got a 3 star rating is because of Tim. Let me talk about Tim before I talk about the other person that I've dealt with throughout this. Tim was great from the minute he walked into my house. I think he genuinely cares about doing a great job and genuinely wants customers to have a positive experience with the company.
Now, let's talk about this other technician. I don't feel like I want to name names, but I feel like you'll know who I am speaking on. After Tim came in and said there was probably a leak in my A/C system, your company sent a second person in that told me that there was nothing wrong with my system...he lied to me. He literally just vacuumed up the extra water and threw some coolant/freezant/whatever you wanna call it in my A/C and said it was fixed. Then, he proceeded to CON me (b/c that's what we'll call this) into signing up for another year with your company and NEVER fixed the issues so the SAME thing happened a few weeks later.
Then, y'all had the NERVE and AUDACITY to send that same man back to my house like I wasn't going to notice. All I will say is that it is UNPROFESSIONAL to tell a customer that "I should've charged you for the new filter, but didn't" when YOU didn't fix the original issue AND there was a BRAND NEW filter already in there. If the filter is damaged, it's because YOU didn't fix the original issue and put a bandaid on it. On top of the that, he claimed the filter was damaged from the freeze on the system....the system has frozen over a couple times now b/c you didn't fix it like you were supposed to, but why is the air filter a problem now haha? I understand that I'm a woman of color...but I'm not an idiot. On top of that, YOUR company cancelled the rest of Tim's jobs for the day for keeping it real with me as a customer and it has me looking sideways at the way you do business and pretty much guarantees that I'm leaving once the warranty is up. Why are you punishing someone who's doing right by your customers? Because now it seems like you don't do right by your customers OR your employees.
Shoutout to Tim for having my back....I'd keep Tim and ax the other dude tbh. I'd do business with Tim any day of the week. If not for Tim....I would've never known about the REAL issues with my system. Tim's advice made it to where I MADE SURE my system got fixed the way it should've been fixed before he came back to my house. He made sure that I understood what was going on as well as the options and steps that would need to be taken to fix it...Tim is the real MVP.
EDIT: After this review, Staton contacted us and made sure that the system was fixed and functioning the way that it should've been fixed the first time. I appreciate the effort and the due diligence in getting it fixed even though it took a 3 star review to get it together. I understand that this is a small business, but this definitely could've all been handled in a better manner than how it was originally handled.
Kenny and Andrew replaced our old water heater with a new one on February 21, 2020. They are a great team and did a great job for us. They were cordial and neat about their work. If you need a new water heater, give Staton Heating & Air a call. You will be glad you did.

True Conspiracies
