Staton Heat and Air is very credible. Sign up for their biannual heat and air check up....very reasonable cost. My thermostat quit working. When I called, they gave me a window of time and the repair man was right on time, repaired my thermostat and it is now working with a guarantee. I was also offered a service visit cost which was much less than the cost of visit and repair. Who does that these days...they save me $$$. I called other heat, air and electrical companies and their cost was astronomical for the same job. Call Staton, you will be a happy homeowner.

It reduces the amount of service calls and keeps the systems running. However, on the occasion where I have needed immediate service, Staton has been there for me.
We had Staton out twice last week to service our heater and it could not have been a better experience. Both times it was a different part that went out, on a brand they do not sell, and both times they were there very quick and got us warm again. They even noticed that the 2nd part was under warranty and instead of charging us for the part, made us aware of the warranty and got the part from that manufacturer. Thank you to Mark and his team!
Gabe (my technician) was very nice and knowledgeable. Before entering my house, he slipped on some disposable booties and then immediately went to work on my service call. My thermostat tablet was replaced at no charge to me because I bought the Complete Care Plus Service Package when my unit was installed.
Technician went over and beyond during his recent service appointment-addressed all of my concerns and was extremely knowledgeable and educated me on best practices for operating my heating and air to properly maintain environmental comfort-technician was professional, courteous, and conversational. And when it was time to finally purchase a new system he thoroughly answered all our questions and concerns so that we could make an educated decision about what unit was the best choice for our home.
Called this morning to make an appointment for furnace maintenance and the tech came within an hour. Great service all around from Leslie scheduling an appointment to the tech, Stephen, arriving within the time frame that was given. Thanks Staton from a loyal customer!
