The team showed up on time and diagnosed the issue in minutes. Entire system needed to be replaced after15 years. They drove to Miami, picked up all parts and completed the entire installation the same day they were called for a repair. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service or my new A/C!

I found Dr Cool to be a knowledgeable, highly skilled professional who also happens to be a really nice guy. He knew exactly how to handle the mold in my a/c unit and gave me several options to consider, and was especially concerned about my budget. He also cleaned out all the lint stick in my dryer all the way up to the roof (it was really stuffed up and could have started a fire). He even called me the next day to check in and to work with me on some other stuff he thought I should do but no pressure. I highly and unequivocally recommend his services!
