Heating And Air Conditioning Weston

Called with issues of home not cooling. They came and performed regular maintenance for a hefty charge of 575. I was willing to pay it to get AC working after they guaranteed that was the issue. They were ready to leave when I pointed out the AC shut off again. They tried to convince us that it was working when it wasn't and after deliberation, they went into the attic and found the real issue...clogged drip pan dropping the AC auto shut off. They damaged the ductwork in the process of unclogging the drip pan(discovered later).

When we pointed out there was little to no air coming out of the vents they said it would work after a while. We insisted they stay for that while. It didn't work. He went back up and found the area he had damaged and offered to repair it. He tried to sell me on this whole job costing over two grand which was obvious BS. We settled at 500 for the drip pan and AC maintenance (still too much). They left a huge mess as well.

Overall, our AC is back on because the drip own is unclogged but the AC is less efficient (less air coming out most likely from damage by tech). I don't think they had much training. They were nice, but I still don't have a fully functional AC and am out 500 USD.

Get a recommendation and use someone else. Waste of time and money.
