I just wanted to take a few moments to recognize the GREAT service I have received from Lloyds over the years! I have had them service my AC Units for many years now and they are always fair and reasonable. I had an entire unit replaced a few years back at a rental unit, and just recently had the AC unit at my own replaced. Jason and Danny, the installers, were very friendly and took the time to do a very professional install, answering all of my questions along the way. I know how important the install is on such a large investment to your home, and I couldn't be happier with the work Jason did, and he even walked me through the basics of my new thermostat when he was finished! Kim, in the front office, has always been very pleasant and responsive over the years as well, and always gets me to the person I need, if she can't answer my question. We have been using Lloyd’s for many years and have always been impressed with their caring and professionalism. From replacing AC Units to repairing and maintenance on our existing unit they arrive in a timely manner and work to get the job done right. At times they have had to go above and beyond what was required from them. For this we are very thankful for their service in the Tampa Bay Area.

We had an annual contract with another company for over a year. They were OK at fixing minor problems, but when it came to a repetitive issue they were not up to the task and the customer service from the company went down quickly. So I fired them, researched more companies, and saw a review for Lloyd's that described our exact problem. I called Lloyd's, they came promptly, diagnosed the problem, and gave us an estimate & time frame to repair it. Long story short, they fixed the problem on time and on budget. Our AC system is now working better than it has since we moved into the house 2 years ago!!! Not only is their service timely and top notch, but all the guys who came to work on the issue are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I do believe I have found the last AC company I will ever have to call. Thank you to everybody at Lloyd's - you far exceeded my expectations!

Lloyd's has done a great job for us over the year's. On time appointments, courtesy calls before technician arrives, and fair pricing. Today, Jean was out and was able to research a warranty repair needed on a Lennox unit. He has been to the house before and has always done good work.

Lloyd's ALWAYS takes good care of us and our clients. We're a real estate company, so our clients are always looking for someone to service their ACs, inspect them, repair, and replace. We use Lloyd's for our personal home and for our clients' needs because they are professional, personable, and reasonable. It's rare to find a company today that goes above and beyond for their customers, but Lloyd's certainly does. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Lloyd’s went above and beyond during the purchase and installation of my new a/c and heating unit. Terry and crew are top notch. Their prices are good. Their service is exceptional. I would recommend them 110% to anyone looking for a heating/air conditioning service.

I contacted Terry with Lloyd's Heating and Cooling about getting my 5 Ton A/C replaced due to a compressor failure. I also had two other quotes for exact same system from different companies. The two other companies gave me a quote, but their quotes were extremely high and they also wanted to replace items that did not need replacing. Terry came out and spent 20 minutes in my attic checking duct work and then spent the time explaining what system he would recommend and why. There wasn't any upselling (actually explained why a higher SEER wasn't the best option for me).
Since our unit failed during the week, he had his guys come out and just replace the condenser to get us AC thru the weekend. His folks then came out on a Tuesday and finished the entire install with new air handler and installing new ducts to fix poor air supply to a couple bedrooms..
Professional, Integrity and excellence is the only way to describe my interaction with Lloyds Heating and Cooling. Also, his price was cheaper by more than a thousand dollars for my home compared to the other quotes I received.
