Terry at Lloyd's came highly recommended by my client. Terry was punctual, professional and precise in his diagnostics of an AC system that stopped working.

Replaced the evaporative coil in my unit but failed to change the filter drier then compressor broke. Then they refused to replace the compressor they broke. Eventually did come make things right, but it took 2 months of headaches and 90 heat to get it done.

I've used them before..THE BEST..Jason is the man, his vibe is awesome he did a beautiful job, I'm sooooo satisfied..an a happy customer..

Since I cannot give a zero, I had to give them a one. We had an appointment that they gave from 12-1pm. I called them at 130 and was told he was running late and would not be there until about 330-4. At 440 I called there office again and it went to voicemail even though they say they are open until 5. I will not ever use them again or recommend them ever. No courtesy call from them at all, just goes to show what they think about there customers.

The best deal and people in all the land!! The owner has a Boss too!! A much higher authority and will do everything that is humanly possible to do you right and then will turn it over to God to check his math!!! If you lack faith then this review will mean nothing!!! You stay with your Plan B!!! But I’ll continue to pray for you!!
