Great service begins with answering the phone, and that’s where Lloyds first starts to fail. Online support said, wait for it… “We are busy in the summer” leave a message and someone will call you back. Well, I left two messages and sure enough, no call back. After spending 6K on an Air Condition unit, you might expect to at least have someone who picks up the phone when you call and need service. Avoid this place at all costs. Lloyds will leave you hanging “stuck sweating in the summer”. They are no better than a 3rd rate handyman service, with premium prices. Go somewhere else. If a company this size cannot even answer the phone, imagine all the other things they can’t do.

I have used Lloyds in the past Terry is super, I called this week, AC not working, from the initial call in their office to the actual service, everything was AAA+++ !!! Couldnt be happier. Will was great, took the time to answer ALL my questions in detail. Best of all they are honest & their pricing is very fair ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LLOYDS for all your heating & cooling needs -:)

I have lived in NW Hillsborough many years and had used the same AC company- but the owner retired and until today I had no AC hookup but read all the reviews on Google- I took a shot at using Lloyds - it was refreshing to hit a great company on first call. Id like to express how impressed I was with Randal Johnson - He is the picture of Service Management and answered all questions, took his shoes off when he went in my home after I told him it was not necessary- that employee needs a raise and I will schedule 6 months from now with request for Randal -

I have referred a dozen people to Lloyds and every time people say how happy they are with the work and the curtesy that Lloyds works give. They replaced my unit and did so quickly and no mess. I am sure my attic is better then before they came. Great work Lloyds people!

We just had a new TRANE system put in a few weeks ago by Terry and his crew and it is AWESOME! And he recommended this new thermostat that hooks up to our wifi that we can access online or from an app on our phone to control the temp when we are away. It's amazing! We have used Lloyds for years and they are the best in our book!

We had problem for many years with two of our bedrooms being hotter than the rest of the house and this drove our thermostat setting. The owner (Terry) came out and did a room to room survey then recommended a new duct line from the main junction. This new low cost duct line fully fixed the problem and our house is a consistent temperature. Thanks.

I want to again compliment your company! We arrived at our Florida home late last night to find our A/C not working. We called and left a message after 10 pm and you called us early Monday morning and had us back up and running before noon! Your technician, Will, was friendly-efficient and extremely knowledgeable. The cost was more than fair! Thanks so much for helping us out with 100% effort!

I cannot praise this company enough. Their knowledge of air condition systems is incredible. They have serviced our homes, businesses for years. The have probably saved us a bunch of money! You will love them too.

NOT a happy Customer at all. It cost me $800+ to have an evaporator coil replaced that was under warranty for an A/C that Lloyd's originally installed 4 years ago. It's more than double what I was quoted by the company. I will be going with another heating & cooling company in the future.
