I purchased a 3 ton Trane XR16 on recommendation for my house.
Shawn was very knowledgeable about his products. He was very honest with what my home needed and clearly explained everything I didn't understand. I had many questions which he answered professionally.
The installers were very friendly and professional. They kept me in the loop as to what was needed to complete the job and asked me before making any major decision. They completed a very neat install in a short time and worked together like a true team. I am familiar with HVAC work and observed all the correct procedures performed with no short cuts.
I couldn't be happier with the installation and equipment. Lots of attention to detail was put in this job from start to finish.
The turn up and hand over was done in detail. I was able to manage the thermostat functions to my preference within minutes.
Terry was on top of this install with out ever being present or in the way of his installation technicians. There was a lot of trust between manager and employee. I've only seen that in a well run company.
I can highly recommend Lloyds to any of my family, friends, neighbors or anyone else.

Lloyds Heating and Cooling in Wesley Chapel is the best in the business! We had an HVAC unit installed 18 months ago by another local company and the comparison between them and Lloyds is like night and day. When we experienced issues with the new air conditioner while it was still under warranty, the previous company was slow to respond and, when they finally did come to take a look, they over charged us for replacement parts and service that did not adequately fix the problem. I later discovered by reading BBB reviews that the original company was notorious for poor business practices so we next called on Lloyds. As it turned out our problem was quite unusual, but Lloyds’ technicians were prompt, professional and patient as they tracked down the culprit. Eventually, Terry, Lloyds amazing owner, personally came to our home and found the solution - all at a very reasonable price. This experience taught me two things: (1) always look at a cross section of reviews on line before selecting a heating and air conditioning company for your home and (2) always choose Lloyds — they are that good!

Lloyds Heating & Cooling of Wesley Chapel is a company you can trust! The owner, Terry is very professional, polite and knowledgeable in his field. They have decades of experience that makes them experts in what they do and they also have a great team working for them! If you're in need of a service repair or looking to get a new HVAC system installed for your home, I would highly recommend that you give them a try. I had my upstairs HVAC unit replaced and they were not only reasonable in price, but they also did a great job with the install. It was done clean, precise and in a timely manner. I could ask for a better job. I give them 5 stars across the boarder!! AL

I bought my A/C from Lloyd's 10 years ago, my A/C needed repair so I contacted them. The repair person showed up over an hour early while I was still working. I accept an appointment window for a reason! I was then charged $85 for the service call and then $180 to change a $20 capacitor which took about 15 minutes. I had to go back inside for a work meeting while the repair person checked out the system. I came out and they changed out the part before telling me the price. I ended up paying $265 just to not sweat another night. The work seemed overpriced and the service presumptious. Could be worse I guess but I will try another company next time.

In my experience, Terry is the most reliable, honest, and efficient AC provider in Tampa Bay. I’ve hired many others over the years, but Terry and his team surpass them all. They have stopped by late in the evening to replace condensers and early in the morning to install a hard starter. For several years Lloyd’s has helped me keep aging units running with quality servicing and lots of band-aids. And all without any sales pressure to buy new. When I decided to replace the system, Terry listened to my requirements and made high quality and cost effective recommendations. He wasn’t interested in which company provided him with the biggest rebate, but rather which units would help with long term functionality and efficiency. And the price was by far the best among his competitors. So after years of experiencing it firsthand, I wholeheartedly recommend Lloyd’s Heating and Cooling.

Wayne came for a 2nd opinion/new system quote based on an IERNAs tech recommendation of a new system due to high amperage pull, rusting coils and low coolant. Wayne did quote me a price of under 10k for a 16 seer 2stage/variable speed for our 1800 Sq ft house. I believe that was for a 3.5 ton. IERNA quoted over 14k. However, he said that the unit was fine and running well. Amperage was under what both motors were rated for and 20 degree difference from intake to output... so no coolant deficit. He said that this system could last another 5 years and he would keep it and just replace the fan motor that is probably near it's lifespan as our unit is 10 years old. Lloyd's just earned a new customer. Thank you for your honesty with someone you could easily sell a new system to.

Lloyd's replaced our AC today. The owner, Terry, came personally to evaluate our situation and explained to us his recommendation. Today his installers, Jason and Stephen, arrived to take on the task of tearing down the old unit, which was in the attic, and assembling the new unit. They were efficient and polite.
Our experience was met with honestly, integrity, knowledge and politeness.
Lloyd's AC was recommended to us and we now would definitely recommend him.

Lloyd's did an excellent job repairing my A/C unit with short notice and at a very reasonable price. Starting with the initial over the phone information gathering process, all the way through the handshake after completing the work. The Lloyd team was top notch. They were straight forward, fast, efficient, courteous and just a pleasure to work with. My 15 yr old A/C unit was restored back to fully running in less than 24hrs from the initial phone call. As an added bonus, not once did anyone attempt to talk me into replacing my old A/C unit, or try to get me to sign a maintenance service contract or anything like that. The price was exactly what was quoted on the phone, no extra fees or charges. Lloyd's was able to acquire the part that was needed, come out fix the problem, in less time then another company was going to be able to get a guy out to my house, and Lloyds did it cheaper. Great job guys!!! My family and I thank you for keeping us cool.

Had 2 other companies come out and try to charge me for a new unit. I decided to call Lloyd’s for a 3rd diagnostic and was so happy I did! Terry came out and found my problem which was NOT needing a new unit. He was able to fix my ac at a reasonable price!
Thanks Lloyd’s for being honest and professional! Will always use them going forward and will definitely recommend to my friends!
