Jim, and Perry were awesome! They were understanding, helpful, and eager to make sure the job was done correctly and efficiently!! They were respectable, had great manners, and sympathetic to our situation. These are definitely the kind of people that you want representing your company and a great asset to your company!

I got my service throughout builders warranty but the service I received exceeded my expectations. Only thing I would like to see better is the service waiting time could be a little shorter.

These guys are really knowledgeable and they provide fast and friendly service. I’d definitely use them again. Big thanks!

TAKE CARE OF THE PAYING CUSTOMER & FORGET ABOUT THE PREPAID FREE MAINTENANCE SERVICE CUSTOMER.... THE LADY ANSWERING THE PHONE WILL LIE TO YOU AND TAKE YOU FOR A FOOL..( she tried to change her voice on the phone when I asked for a manager ) .... RUN 🏃🏾‍♀️ DON'T WALK 🚶🏾‍♀️THE MATH DON'T ADD UP 🚫🙄
I made an appointment for a maintenance almost 3 weeks ago under the assumption that they were still STAY COOL A/C.... I got 2 phone calls today pushing the appointment back due to a class the 3rd phone call was to reschedule because a truck broke down, So they only have 4 trucks and 2 trucks are DOWN now.....Where are all the trucks STAY COOL HAD & THE EMPLOYEES 🤔WOW........ if that alone don't speak for itself. If it was a Statewide class like they said, this company knew about that class weeks ago 😏.... THIS COMPANY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT GOING ON WITH IN.... POOR INSIDE COMPANY COMMUNICATION 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

Josh was very professional and thorough. I would like him to be my future maintenance AC guy.

The plumber was responsive and knowledgeable however he was hesitant 😕 to return to complete the job due to a part that Lowes didn’t have. He did went out of his way to find the part and returned to complete the job.

This is the second time I've had a leak in the kitchen faucet and they took no short cuts. The first company just put a bandage on it but this company, they replaced the drain and sealed it from both the bottom and top. I believe this was definitely a permanent fix.
Would definitely refer.

This was a warranty call. Everything went fine except that the tech had mud on his shoes and didn’t take them off or put on booties. When he checked out the master shower problem - requiring the shower heads be turned on- there was dirt everywhere. Training needed.

Josh was on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. Fair price for the service call. Will use for AC repairs in the future.

Orlando did a excellent job on a 6 month service of A/C. He did a lot of things no A/C repair company did for a 6 month service. Very satisfied, will be signing up for their maintenance plan.
