They came out same day within 2 hours. The technician Hernan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable explained everything to me and gave me cost effective options to get my AC up and running. This is by far the best AC company I have ever worked with. I would recommend them 100%

The Pro Team sent a sales tech to the house and quoted us $750 for a job. The main office sent us a email with a work order approval for $750 that we signed off on and accepted. A appointment was scheduled for July5th and they didn't show. The Pro Team rescheduled for July 8th at 10:00am and did not show again without notice. I contacted the main office at 11:00am as to why they didn't show and was told they would call back (which they did not). Juan the Sales Manager called on July 8th at 2:22pm and stated he would not do the job for $750 and now wanted $2000 for the job. I informed him that we had a verbal agreement with the sales tech and a signed off emailed work order for $750 from the main office. Juan said he would not honor the agreed price of $750. This is not how a business should be run or how customers should be treated. I highly recommend to steer clear of The Pro Team.

Called Pro Team A/C on Memorial Day weekend . My AC wasn’t cooling. Was told someone would be coming and would call before arrival. Received text message in about little over 1 hour someone should be here. Tech arrived checked everything cleaned system. ( which was installed less than 6 months ago) did not leave till it was fixed. Josh Newman was professional and courteous . Would recommend him and this company.

Edward the AC technician who came to do the system maintenance arrived early, was courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. He assessed the situation and moved the shut off valve closer so as to circumvent any water overflow. He answered all of my questions and reset the thermostat. He did an excellent job.

Josh N was my technician today and he was amazing. I’ve been without air conditioning for 2 weeks. I’ve called several companies and no one had any work ethic or knowledge. Josh walked in and immediately determined what the issue was. He was respectful and hard working. I will definitely be using this company again.

He took the time to answer all my questions, including pulling the panels off the AC system so he could show me how the parts from my UV cleaning system worked together.
