After taking off work for our 3-5 slot, plumber didn’t show until 4:30 and told us he didn’t have time and the job was too large for today. My home inspector husband had previously let the office know what was wrong. This was a waste of our time. We now are awaiting for a phone call so this company can fix the huge mess up they did on our brand new home.

My serviceman was Dallas F. His work was neat, he left the area clean and he was kind and courteous.

I just moved into my house & there was no hot water running through any of the showers. He came in & explained to me what he’s going to do and wanted me to watch him take out a piece that was blocking the hot water from getting even more hot. I really appreciated it & he communicated with me as well.

Water temperature was like warm on hottest temperature setting. The water heater elements were tested and replaced. The technician ensured that the temperature was hot before leaving. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Jim and Vern came to my home yesterday. Both of them were very respectful of my home and courteous. Quite frankly I don't see that very much these days so I was very impressed by that. Jim was able to diagnose the problem with my sinks and bathtub very quickly and his explanation of how to fix the problem was definitely appreciated. Vern cleaned the mess after recaulking two toilets for me which isn't something I have experienced with other companies. I am very grateful that they were able to help me out yesterday. I hope Pro-team knows that these two guys are really giving them a great reputation.
