Called pro team plumbing and told them I believe my vent pipe was plugged. Scheduled the repair for Friday. Dispatch called back and had to reverify my schedule and re take notes on the repair. I again stated what I believed to be the issue and why. Plumber called Friday morning and asked what the issue was as if no notes were taken. I stated I thought it was a plugged vent and why. Plumber stated the business would not let people on the roof and they would not be able to repair this issue. I cancelled the visit instead of having someone come out to diagnose an issue they wouldn’t repair. I understand the company doesn’t want to take that liability. But dispatch should have brought that up on Monday so I didn’t waste a week waiting on what I thought would be reliable service.
