I've called on Quality Air Plus, LLC several times. They've been responsive and prompt every time. I had one hiccup with them recently but thankfully they reached out and helped me settle the issue. Highly recommend

Excellent service! Highly recommend this company! We were without a/c on a very hot day and they came out in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. Great follow-up as well and explanation of our options.

The company came to install a PTAC for us within a day or so of contacting them. The technicians were prompt and polite, explained what they were doing. Explained the use and maintenance of the system.

Very good customer service. Marc was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us to understand what exactly was wrong with our unit. He was very detailed in explaining everything.
