Misdiagnosed problem; was charged for parts and labor the system did not need. Manager (Michael) stated a refund would be provided; never received refund. CONTINUED TO BE CHARGED MONTHLY SERVICE FEE. MANAGER STATED WE WOULD GET A REFUND AND THIS NEVER OCCURRED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY; THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Antony from One Hour Air was on time, courteous and professional. Always happy to have One Hour Air service my A/C units. On this visit I had a failed part. They researched the factory warranty with the manufacturer and found it was covered, so they replaced it and worked it out with the manufacturer, making it easy on me.

I called Ben Franklin Plumbing because of the GREAT experiences I’ve had with them over the yrs. I could only hope that One Hr was just as good. They are just as customer focused as BF.These guys are AWESOME! This company is outstanding from the receptionist to the service technicians. I had the pleasure of working with 2 technicians, Skylur and Rena. Both outstanding young men. Both explained exactly what was going on with my AC problems. Excellent service from 1Hr starts with the Receptionist, Patricia. You can actually hear her smile when she talks. This is an amazing company. I’m so glad that Ben Franklin has them for AC work. These guys were as good as Daniel, my plumber. Thank you BEN FRANKLIN.

I installed a Nest thermostat on my unit and apparently crossed 2 wires which blew a fuse. My thermostat wasn’t getting any power and the AC wouldn’t turn on.
All of this happened at 9 PM on the day of my move and it was 80+ outside. I called Scott’s one hour and they said they couldn’t come the same night but would address it the next day.
At 8am they called me, had a tech out by 9am and fixed the unit. The cost was $350 and probably a little high but worth the convenience. Mohammad was very professional and checked the entire unit to ensure there were no other issues.

Have dealt with Scott's One Hour for a very long time. They take really great care of Veterans. I had an emergency situation and I guess luck was in court because they were literally here in an hour. Simple fix and they were on the way. Super professional both Matt and his trainee..
