One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® of Tampa

I have a warranty on my ac unit and I have a monthly contract with this company and I still had to pay $683.00 for refrigerant and dye and that's just trying to find a leak. Heard I got to pay more for repairs. What good is a warranty and a monthly contract?

This company charges a lot and delivers nothing. They have no problem trying to sell you a new unit and discussing that but when you have problems with their work, they are ghosts.

I strongly dissuade anyone from using their service - their techs do not complete the work and they do not honor the terms service contracts or maintenance packages.

Check out Ken Hope or other vendors. Our family has had better experience and less shady dealings with them

Trenell Carter did an amazing job. He was very informative and helpful. Got the AC back up and running very quickly. Thank you very much for a job well done.

Billing problems, have had service contact for seven years. Billing incorrect amount agreed upon. Have called and complained to company and told that the service manager Mike would return call. Have call multiple times to address issues for two weeks without a return call. Would not do future business with this company. The technicians were very professional though, this review is not about their work but their business ethics.

It was 78 degrees in my house in June in Florida, a nightmare to say the least. Renu came the rescue on a Saturday night, unlike the other ac guy from two weeks ago. Renu was informative and beyond helpful. So thankful and will be a customer for life :)

Renu (technician) was very informative, very helpful. He conducted the work thoroughly and quickly. He also alerted me to issues that may arise with my AC given its age.
