Very good company great service and great pricing but I wanted to specifically shoutout a driver named Starla williams who delivered a filter to my elderly grandmothers house who could not change it herself, she went above and beyond to change it for her and I’m so greatful as it saved me a trip to do it myself, would be nice if she is shown some recognition for this deed, love this company and would not deal with anybody else going forward

Our old A/C was over 15 years old and on it's last leg. I contacted One Hour A/C after a friend's recommendation. The sales rep Bobby Cook was courteous and professional. Answering all questions. They offer 12 month zero financing. The A/C was installed the next day by Gerardo. He too was professional and courteous. The job was completed in one day. We're very happy 😊

We have a 3 zone system and Jesus is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, always explains things in laymen terms and efficient We prefer and trust him to work on and maintain our system

The experience was easy and affordable. They were also incredibly easy to get an appointment with someone and have them arrive on time.

Trenell came out to check out my A/C and he gave a full rundown of my unit. Telling me why my electric bill was so high and how I could fix it. Took the time to make sure I understood everything. Very professional

So we had our ac unit installed by Scott's One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating with a 10 year warranty. We have had the unit break 4 times in the last 2 months. We have called & paid them to fix it each time. Some hidden fee that isn't covered under warranty. The last time I called was 24 hours within tech leaving because there was a lot of water dripping. He comes back out for $175 to say the unit was installed incorrectly & they recommend getting a new unit.

We call someone else, to inform us that they put a tape over the safety switch so that the unit stays on & that the coil box was clogged & so it caused the leaks, which caused the box the unit is sitting on to start tilting and cause all these new issues.

So after a few 1000 laters, now we are finding out we need a whole new unit.

PS: PLEASE DON'T GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE... THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!

You install the unit, therefore if the unit doesn't match the top... YOU INSTALLED THE WRONG UNIT FOR OVER 10,000 that was paid to you, because you recommended that unit and did all the work to it. I will be more than happy to post point of sale receipt. Thats #1... #2 all the technicians you sent here over the years never mentioned that was the problem. And now it's a problem. So over the 5 techs you sent here... no one ever looked at that?!? Yet you kept charging us per visit, while charging a service fee & claiming you fixed it. I have that paperwork also.

Seems like a darn good team. Brendan does great work for us, the office lets us know when we're scheduled, all at a fair price. Can't beat that!

7/5/23, Semi-annual AC checkup went as smoothly as anyone could hope. Bobby came by, cleaned the outside unit, cleared the drain lines, checked out the inside unit and gave us the all-clear and clean. All done in a short time and no mess. Can't ask for better! Plus, Bobby was personable and helpful with answers.

Starla always knows what she’s doing when she comes in and is great to talk to. She is always great at brightening people’s days and giving you a good laugh.

Today Kenneth and LeScott installed a new AC unit and duct work. They were on time, professional, friendly and explained everything well. Honestly, I've been doing business with these guys for almost 20 years and every tech who has ever come has been awesome! Great communication before during and after the visit
