My AC went out late Saturday night, their customer service was great and were able to have someone out the next afternoon. Steven was my service tech and got my AC back on. He was very kind and professional. He took time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. I will be using them again in the future.

Had the company quoted me for a brand new system. I paid full upfront from like 7:30am to about 2:30pm the service. I asked them, what’s the lowest temp I can put on my systems for future reference, they said about 73 I’m ok thanks they left. I went to ram some errands, didn’t touch the new system and came back to my house with a hallway full with water and two closets with water. Called them to put and emergency ticket. They send me an email with the wrong schedule. I called them… there’s nothing they can do they still going to send someone (no sense of urgency) yet I had to take a day off and $9,200 later I still have no good ac. My excitement lasted 2 hours.

The entire experience was pleasant and professional. Would definitely use again and recommend as well. Technician Erik Fleming was super helpful throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t mind having him do the service call next time.

I've been having issues with my AC for some time now. I called scotts and was able to get someone next day. Anthony Simeon was my technician, and let me tell you he was great. Anthony inspected my entire system and explained to me everything that was going on. He offered me suggested maintenance and accessories that would help my problems. His work was clean and efficient. I would %100 recommend this company.
