Careful with this company. They will call you saying you won a "prize" for doing a survey and then try and come sell you a $3000 vacuum cleaner when they deliver the prize. Then they get pissy when you don't buy the $3000 vacuum cleaner and fail to follow up on their orders. Had to call 3 times to get air vents delivered. Still waiting on them.

Tech for our air had a time frame of 9-12, was first appointment of the day and would get a call when tech was 30-45 mins out. I called and spoke with the manager Matt at 12:45pm because Amber who I set the appointment with was at lunch. He told me my appointment time was 9-1 and was extremely rude on the phone, told me he was cancelling appointment even after I asked him when he could get the tech here. Filing a complaint with home warrenty company now.

I was very happy with the water test that Shawn did for me and I would recommend Healthy Homes to anyone who wants quality equipment.

This company is a fraud! First, they hound you calling you phone over and over, even when you say you don't want them to. Then when you do finally listen, they trick you into believing that you will get a valuable prize if you let them "show" you one of their products. Then they send some convict looking, rapist-like punk that will push you into listening to the sales pitch... then when you say no, they won't leave. The ONLY reason I even did all of this was for the valuable "prize" and big surprise, that NEVER came... they make you jump through so many hoops and pay for all the postage yourself... these are the companies that make telemarketers look bad. They are a bunch of LIARS and SCAM people all day. The product that they are trying to sell you is a $3000 vacuum cleaner.... seriously? JUST DON"T ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!!
