If I could give out zero stars, I would. Our AC was on the fritz so we called our home warranty company and they sent out Chase from Healthy Home. He came out and lo and behold our AC was working, so at first he acted like we had called him out for nothing. Then he went out and checked the AC and said that it looked like our compressor was about to stop working. So he called our home warranty person and was very rude to her on the phone. He called his boss first and his boss suggested that he lie to the home warranty people to see if they would cover extra maintenance on the unit. SO they lied to our home warranty people about our maintenance. Then told us about energy star rebates (like cash for clunkers) that they offered "but no one has gotten one in three or four years but you are a perfect candidate for it." meanwhile I google the program he is talking about and there is no such thing. then came the high-pressure sales tactics about getting a new AC. When my husband said that we wanted to talk about it overnight, the guy got very rude saying "what is there to discuss? it's a no brainer." So he calls his boss and tries to swing some sort of a "deal" because my husband is military. Then over the phone, the boss asked how much we could pay for it tonight. When we again requested to have a couple of days to look at the numbers and talk about whether or not we wanted to just replace the AC today, they started really pressuring us calling us dumb for not taking the offer tonight. So my husband cut the guy off on the phone and told the technician to leave. then the technician got VERY rude and said that he had a right to be here and that "while my husband may have gotten used to getting his own way as a drill sergeant" he (the technician) wasn't going to be spoken to that way. When my husband again told him to just stop and leave, the technician got in his face and was very nasty. So we called our home warranty company and filed a complaint. They were trying to scam our warranty company into paying for repairs that were not needed and then trying to get us qualified for a rebate that doesn't even seem to exist. Very glad we got the technician out of our house and that we did not cave to the very high-pressure sales tactics. Yes our AC is old and it is not as energy efficient as the newer ones. But, it's still cheaper to spend $500 for a new part rather than $7500 on a new system that will only save us about $65 a month. hmm. do the math. Steer very clear of this company. They have a D- on the BBB website and very few "positive" testimonials on their facebook page.

Awesome crew... Had healthy home at my house today.. Wow I learned so much and they were able to get me an awesome deal on a new LG air conditioner. My ac was so old and falling apart. Paul and Marcus were awesome at the install.

Two gentlemen from the Healthy Home Inc. came to our house and demonstrated "The Pig" the new Tristar vacuum system. I have to say here, that they have one super machine that they were demonstrating, but that is not the most important part.
The two men, Mike and Jesus, showed up on time, were very professional in their presentation, answered all our questions and took all the time needed to make sure that we understood the intricacies of the machine. I really appreciate their time and effort in making us understand what we were thinking about purchasing. We were sold.

Zero stars!!!!This company called saying they were doing free water testing in my area so I figured sure I would love to know what's in my water. Well as it turns out. It is just a slimey tactic to get in your house and sell you stuff. I already have a water softener and a RO/DI unit providing soft and clean water. The guy basically told me I have soft water and then used a TDS meter to test the total dissolved solids in the water coming from the RO/DI. I told him I have a TDS meter attached to the unit already. So basically they did not give me any information about the quality of my water that I already didn't know. And I still don't know what is in my water which is what they said they were gonna tell me. They then tried to sell me an air conditioner purifying system for over $10,000 but tried to make it enticing by showing me all the freebies and knocking the price down to about $4300. These people are scam artists do not do business with them! You will be sorry! If they have to lie to do business there is obviously something wrong with what they are providing! A good rule of thumb is to sleep on it, don't be pressured by crooked salesmen!

Saved the weekend !!!!! Thanks Healthy Home. Came home to a 94 degree house and about fainted. They were busy but still squeezed me in for a service call. Ac unit fixed = Happy Customer !!! Highly Recommend Healthy Home Tampa = Great service !!!

One star is to much for them, ZERO STAR, my experience with them trough my home insurance was a total nightmare, $ 1.314,oo for a savor compressor, that cost no more then $60 or maybe $ 100. The first guy Robert, offer me a new Air unit, serious????? mine is 5 years old. The pipe outside was freezing, and the AC stopped , that's why I put a claim with the Warrantie company , and after a month , after 3 people came to my house still have the same problem with $1.314,00 less in my packet.
Very hard to contact them, the guys assign to came to my house never show up in time, I miss day at work to wait ALL DAY, I was told by Amber in the office that the person was going to be at my house between 9 and 12, well 4;30 in the afternoon he showed up. The last one was suppost to be one guy Troy, and between 9 and 12, one clock I called why the guy was not there yet, well, Amber changed the schedule and never called me to updated me with the change, again , cancel my dentist appointment to wait for him to show up around close to 4.
Terrible, horrible nightmare experience with them.......
I am so glad that has millions other companies out there , millions times better then them.
Putting another claim and this time getting a good professional company to FIX my AC, what after $1.314 still not fixed.

Healthy home air purifiers are high quality. I would recommend them for anyone with any breathing issues.

Excellent response and service. Did not have all the parts at first but was quick to remedy the situation. Gave an explanation on every part of the repairs and Anthony did not leave until everything was working properly. Would recommend their service to anyone looking to keep their home healthy!

My aunt and I purchased a vacuum and a water system and absolutely love them both. Everyone their has been great and they even walked me through all of the features . Patricia and Jonathan are absolutely amazing .. Thanks

Rob did a great job at informing me about my water. The water softer and RO work extremely well . I am incredible surprised about what was in my water and I would like thank him for informing me . Again this is a wonderful product and I will suggest it to many of my friends .
