The staff always helps me find exactly what I am looking for and never pushes products onto me that I do not want. Feels like a genuine community hardware store opposed to a big box store, which keeps me coming back.

If your a minority DONT shop here cause one of the co-owners not Cindy is racist. He kicked my 2yr old and I out there store after I wanted to exchange 2 bolts I purchased for $1.50 which was in the same bag I purchased them in and with an employee signature on the back of it. After I questioned him what would be my motive to make something up he verified the signature on the backand he kicked us out ....I will NEVER come back to this store again so long as Ace continues to franchise out there business to racist indigents point blank!

The young lady I believe her name was Nim gave me great service and was very attentive and sweet with whatever I needed! I love TnC Ace and will never go any other place!

Excellent store. Well stocked, helpful employees and good prices.

Very helpful staff. It would have taken me much longer in HD or Lowes just to find a person then it took me here to get what I needed and checkout.

Went in for a little Xmas shopping... The store is tiny and, I guess, doesn't have cameras, so the staff followed me around like I was gonna steal something the whole time... Bombarded with "can I help you?" No, I'll let you know when I need help, go the hell away. Never goin here again

They have a lot of merchandise, but it also very organized. Friendly associates also.
