Ace hardware is great, I don't go often but every time they exceed my expectations, they are very helpful, knowledgeable, and so far they've always had what I needed, much more specific selection on many items than home depot and lowe's.

These gentlemen are too kind. My husband's hobby has landed us in this store so much that these guys got to witness my entire pregnancy and even my daughter after she was born. It is truly so special to walk into a store and feel like family.

Awful service, awful store, awful experience!

Ordered online, they called me, went to pick up and the order was not ready. Tried to buy a few things, the manager plus two other staff members refused to help me to find my items, after a long search (very messy store) the cashier tells me that because I had not been helped they did not know the price of the items I was buying and could not pay. I asked for my money back from the online purchase, I wanted to return the item after this terrible experience and they refused it. This is absurd!!!

Went to Home Depot and got it all done in five minutes.

We went to this Ace Hardware to purchase some Yeti gifts and to our surprise, they were $5 less than advertised online, which made us very happy. The cashier and all the staff were very helpful and we will definitely be back since they had such a great selection of Yeti coolers, accessories and drink cups in several colors, sizes and shapes.

Rented a Thermax. I had rented one 2 other times in the past from this store and never had a problem. This time, the suction was awful, worse than my vacuum. The machine is old and beat up. Machine was also dirty and I had to clean it first. When I went to return it and complain, the Assistant Manager said I cold have brought it back fir a different one. Excuse me. Like I have time to drive back and forth to your store 3 times? When I rent something and pay for it, I expect it to work. Then he offered me a free usage but immediately backpedaled, saying, well there would be a time limit on that. What a jerk. I didn't get my money back, no store credit, nothing. I even had to duct tape the hose because there was a hole in it. NEVER AGAIN. If I could give zero stars, I would. This store used to be run well. Not anymore. Customer NO service.

I'm going to make this my first stop from now o --helpful staff and the store stocks much more than meets the eye which was a really great surprise. Got a little doodad or hoosiwhatsit that needs replacing around your place? I bet that not only will this place have it, but they'll take you right to it. Has the feel of a smaller store with the selection of bigger ones. Check em out!

I love their friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is always my first stop and usually the last one. Although when compared to larger chains the store looks small, they have everything I need. Thank you!!!

I have been going to this Ace location for 23 years and every time I have gone in there I have great answers and help with all my needs I get one on one customer service that I rarely get with Home Depot and Lowes these guys actually walk me to the area of what I am looking for and assist me with any questions I have they are very knowledgeable and always willing to make sure I found what I need and even have given me tips and how to use whatever I am buying . They are awesome!

Extremely disappointed with this store. After an initial positive experience with Chris, when it turned out the product was not what I needed, he refused to refund our money for unopened items on the ground they were "custom order" despite the fact I walked into the store and bought them off the shelf. He was also very rude to my wife (who carried all the items into the store in several trips while 8 months pregnant) insisting that she didn't know what she was talking about and they worked fine. Unfortunately, my flood insurance provider won't just agree with Chris manager of Ace Hardware, so we are stuck with over 2k in engineered flood openings we do not need. Filed a complaint with Ace Hardware corporate and was told it was store owners prerogative despite the fact it was never disclosed to me and I bought them off the shelf. Do not trust this store or this owner, will never use them or ACe again.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They carry just about everything and make good suggestions about your project. Easy returns. Will assemble things for you.
