Ace Of Town N'Country Inc

Great customer service.. However, the new brand of carpet cleaners now available for rent at Ace are not even close to the level of cleaning quality the previous brand of mechines provided. Basiclly, current rental machines are very cheaply made and DOES NOT PROVIDED GOOD DEEP CLEANING...

I have been a customer of this store for over 16 yrs. Today I had a horrible experience. Another customer was walking up & down the aisles with a huge Dobermann Pinscher dog--WITHOUT A LEASH--Store aisles are very narrow..so when I was faced with the dog I turned around approached an employee by the name of JOSEPH and explained I did not feel safe. He replied: "There nothing to be afraid of..I know the customer" I asked him what was ACE"S policy on unleashed dogs and he replied: "SIR..IF YOU FEEL UNSAFE YOU ARE WELCOME TO LEAVE THE STORE" I was appalled...and could NOT believe what this man had just told me. I then asked him: "So the dog is more important than a customer" He stated: "THAT CUSTOMER HAS RIGHTS AND I KNOW HIM" I told him it was ACE"S liability if by any chance either I..or any customer was hurt by that dog. He did nothing and continue helping another customer. LAST TIME I STEP INTO THAT STORE OR ANY ACE STORE.

Bought a new remote for my older car and it came with a blank key (not a chipped key), went to Home Depot to have it cut and was told that since I didn't buy the blank from them they didn't want to cut it in case it was wrong, fair enough I thought. They said try ACE. I call ACE and they say no problem, bring in the keys and it will cost $4. I get there and a man in a white shirt takes the key, does something with a computer and says it's a chipped key and it will cost $25 to cut. I tell him it's not chipped and Home Depot verified it wasn't chipped so can he just cut it. He explains his 20 years of experience says it's a chip key and it's going to be $25 to cut, so I leave. I go back to Home Depot figuring I'll just buy a blank. I tell the associate my ACE story, he checks the key again (not chipped) and says he'll cut it but if it doesn't work I'm out of luck, I say I'll take the chance. He cuts it and doesn't charge me anything (after all I did have a blank), I go out to the car, start it with the new, not chipped key and drive home. Thanks ACE for saving me $4 and sending me back to Home Depot.

I just love to come here they always have everything in stock always helpful. You don't have to go crazy looking for the items they know where everything is everything is in this place. Don't have to waste my time I can just run in and grab and out the door Lovett

My family and I have been shopping this store since i was a little lad ... but no more!!! Customer service has been falling off over the past year, but I continued to patronize this location due to sentimental, nostalgic family memories. But today they refused to honor the shelf price for 4 storage containers ... a small difference in price, but not my fault !!! They admitted they marked it or merchandised it incorrectly and apologized, but refused to honor the price ????
End result, a call to Tallahassee for pricing inconsistency , a call to the BBB, and a trip to Home Depot up the street.
I guess its time to throw childhood memories out the window and shop where the customer and his family are appreciated.

Loved the fact that we enter and right away get greeted by frendly personalities who offer to help right away. Alvin at this store stood out to my husband and I. He not only helped us at the store, he guided us ti the reguater and promoted an ace membership so that we could keep comig back to save. He carried the wood we purchased into our trunk and reminded us to come back giving us examples of discounts we could get. This is great sales skills but what helps him most is his great customer service. We will come back because of people like Alvin and the othet guys at this store :)

This is what a hardware store really is, the people that work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. You can find hard to get items there and easy to get items also and if they don't have it they will order it for you at no extra charge.

I am a novice when it comes to repairs, etc. The staff greeted me, listened to my problem and walked me to the parts, helped me with the exact part needed and answered all my questions. It was amazing! I returned another time for another matter and experienced the same.

I highly recommend these people.

they take care of customers way to fast , in a good friendly way, and i really like to take my time looking at every thing in case I need some thing else, because they have lots stuff in a very small place 👌👍 ( ps they also have craftsman tools )
