Called key heating and air, they sent Zach out and he did a fantastic job! Very efficient and professional.

I scheduled off of work to meet the owner at my home to give me a quote to replace my entire hvac system. I had multiple cumpanies scheduled due to not having any heat in my home during this 30° weather snap. I watched the owner drive by my home and never came back. When I called, the woman said that he didn't want to be there while another company was there. I told her that he was wrapping up. She said he would be back. He never showed. I called back and the woman said that it was unprofessional for me to have 2 different companies scheduled at the same time... Barineau was wrapping up when the owner drove by and never even called me to say he was bailing on me. Then the woman told me that I was unprofessional... Barineau Heating and Air-Conditioning, Inc. was very prompt and professional and handled themselves as expected!
