Key Heating & Air refused to make good on fixing a bad weld which occurred in their installation of a new compressor. Talquin Electric usage records documented a 30% gain in the KWH usage in the first month vs. the same period from prior three years. Both Key’s own technician and a second HVAC technician identified the problem being the bad weld. At the time of installation, the homeowner requested that Key confirm the new compressor performance. This was not done. Owner of Key will not respond to requests for fixing the problem.
