Every since I bought my home I have used Key Heating and Cooling's 6 month maintenance system. It is a fair price and kept my 27 year old unit efficient and effective. Just this month they installed a new air conditioner. Although Zach was not the installer, when we ran into problems and needed a diagnostician/technician, it was Zach's knowledge, communication and customer responsiveness (didn't want me to be without air and stayed until the problem was resolved). It was terrific to have Zach as the professional technician. His demeanor and willingness to problem made a huge difference no matter what time of day or night it was.

Whenever we have called for service, Key is always here within a day or two. Also very nice people.

Been using Key for years now. They were able to take care of an AC install in the dead of summer. Their teams do great work both on the installation and maintenance side. They will take care of you!

I want to thank Zack and Robbie for their great service work beyond the call of duty. My AC system had been troublesome for more than a week. They came, tested and reset and added Freon on Thursday. Zack called Friday to see if all was good and I replied that there was still ongoing issues. They knocked on my door Friday at 5:00 to assess the situation, installed a new thermostat and fan motor, and made one customer very happy!
