Key Heating & Cooling

My air conditioner quit cooling and Key Heating and Cooling sent Zack out , seemed like only minutes had passed when he arrived. He quickly diagnosed our problem and fixed it in a short amount of time.

Zack was very friendly and gave a very professional service for his company. If ever needed I would love to have Zack do my service.

Late Saturday afternoon (after 4pm), my unit decides to stop working; I called Keys Heating and Cooling, not only was my call was answered by a "LIVE" person and it was dispatched immediately. The technician, Zach, arrived very shortly thereafter..within just a few minutes had it diagnosed/fixed. Being new to the community of Havana, I took a gamble..
ZACH was courteous, prompt, neat in appearance and represented the company well with his knowledge of the trade and professionalism. His performance impressed me enough that I agreed to a preventative service contract with Key Heating and Cooling. I do believe this will serve my unit well and keep my house "Happy and Cool/Warm" depending on the season! :) I am very "PLEASED" with my choice and my experience with this technician/company; you have yourself a keeper there!!

Key Heating & Cooling were our installers when we built our house. I committed to the extended warranty, so twice a year they maintain our HVAC unit. However, our A/C started having a problem that would not surface unless there were just the right conditions outside. When I was finally able to witness the problem with the A/C under those condtions, I was able to schedule an appointment with them. ("If it ain't broke, ya can't fix it!") Fortunately Chad, their technician, and I were able to reproduce the problem during his visit, and he was WONDERFUL at finding out exactly what the issue was. (It wasn't an easy thing to diagnose.) Parts had to be ordered, but Chad was a true professional, and truly delightful to work with. I am thankful for Chad's knowledge and professionalism. Great job Chad!
