I scheduled them a tad late on the week prior hoping they would be able to come on the holiday Monday. Turns out they were able to make it so that was a good start. They came on time and were both efficient and professional while entertaining my myriad of random questions. I would use them again when I run into any ac issues or if I need a replacement.

Harper Revell’s tech arrived on time, was professional as well as friendly. He readily explained what he was doing without me even asking. He showed to me and explained the info he was observing on his gauges.

Harper Revell Heating & Air has been maintaining and servicing our residential unit since 2012. Representatives are always courteous when making appointments. Technicians are always friendly, informative, and prompt. Technicians even remove their footwear at the door when it is wet outside. No hesitation in recommending Harper Revell.
