We have used Harper Revell in the past and they earned our trust then. This time they arrived when promised and finished early. The new system cools faster than the old one which they originally installed in 2001. The guys worked well together and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. They showed us how everything works, including Honeywell filter replacement. Price was reasonable and we like feeling this company will be around when we eventually need service.

Had two complete systems replaced in my home. Max was great with me in helping me select the systems I needed. He was patient and calm without ever being pushy or condescending. Sam and the crew showed up on time, got right to work, and finished on time. They did everything the plan called for (and a bit more) and the guys were friendly, respectful, and eager to get the job done right. Even when a very minor hiccup occurred, the problem was resolved right then, without delay. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this company.

I have used this company exclusively over the last several years. In that time they have earned our respect and confidence. Over the years we were blessed to have exceptional service technicians. However, Mr. Austin Allen was the consummate professional. He fixed the problem and provided his contact information should the problem return. I highly recommend this company.

I have had great results from Harper Revell over the several years I've used their services. They replaced my entire unit in 2019 and have repaired a few existing duct / zone related components since.
