Wonderful experience! After being customers for 30 years and always happy with the results we had to replace the old units. It was easy to schedule appointment to find out the options. The whole process was productive and enjoyable. Scott kept us informed during the installation and Max explained the initial options and answered all our questions promptly.

Had their Tech Sam come down to our condo last week and it could not have been a better experience. He was very punctual, knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. Before he left he assured me that regardless of the problem that both he and Harper Revell had the solution. I absolutely agree with him.
