The service person was courteous and on time. Explained what he did in laymens terms. I felt confident that both of my systems were in good shape and that no rerpair work was needded.

Our new HVAC system stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. Though very busy, Austin came out as soon as possible and found a blown fuse to be a problem. He replaced it and gave a thorough check of the system to make sure it was ok, we were up and running and very grateful

The Technician arrived on time explained the situation promised when they got the new part and that they would come out and bring it and install it which he did no problems very happy with the service

I cannot say enough good things about Harper-Revell! Each time I have called I have gotten a very quick response, with technicians coming that day or the next. Each time I was given a two-hour window of when they would arrive, and they have always been right there on the front end of the window, and sometimes even a little before, and always a call telling me they were on their way and when they would arrive. I've never gotten that type of service from any other company of any type. Kevin has been the technician each time. He is absolutely fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable, but beyond this, he is always very personable, respectful, and professional. He shows and explains what the problem is and what he is doing to repair it. It is truly a pleasure to have him in my home. I could not be more pleased with Harper-Revell and with Kevin. I wholeheartedly recommend Harper-Revell!

We had an intermittent problem with a Trane package unit. The gas heat would not come on. When the technician from Harper Revell would check the unit it would work and then later it would not work. After several service calls and through their persistence, Austin was able to find the problem and make the repairs to get the unit running properly. We really appreciate their efforts in resolving the problem.

You can always count on the good folks at Harper Revell! They are always prompt and very professional. Just replaced our units. They didn’t try to up sell me since it wasn’t the right product for my home but did make sure to address all my concerns. Good honest people who want to retain your business in the future.
