I had a brand new system installed when I was 9 months pregnant july 2021 to avoid having my newborn in a hot house. The new system has been a complete nightmare. The nightmare continues over a year later. And now the company won’t return my calls. The outside unit is supposed to be getting replaced under warranty and all of a sudden the company is saying there’s nothing wrong with my system. My house is 78° during the day. I have a window unit in my living room to cool the house. My ceiling has flooded multiple times due to poor pitch of the air handler. It’s been the most horrendous experience of my life and there’s no end in sight. I feel completely helpless. After explaining no one was returning my calls, the receptionist Megan hung up on me “after bidding me farewell”. I never cursed once. I was trying to explain the timeline of events and that’s the treatment I get. I wish I could go back in time and went with the other company that quoted me. Stay far away from Absolutely Cool Air…..Update: the tech Erik S. is awesome!! He’s helping me with the issue and I feel allot better.

Roy Padgett is easy going, capable, charming and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more.
