Absolutely Cool Air

I called Absolutely Cool on the recommendation of my neighbor. I was having an issue with my pool heater and I needed it fixed quickly. I received text confirming my time window and calls from Michael letting me know where he was a when he would arrive. I rarely leave reviews but Michael was extremely professional, showing me the pressure readings on his meter and explaining what he was seeing. He texted me the following day to make sure everything was working properly and even stopped by again to confirm the pressure readings and that every was working as expected.

I would recommend Absolutely Cool and especially Michael. I plan on using them going forward.

Roy Padgett from Absolutely Cool Air Conditioning did my summer service to make sure the a/c is performing efficiently. I am extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship the technicians offer to customers, including a detailed description of what the service provided and the reasons it is needed. Roy found a clogged drain pan in my attic last year and luckily it was drained before flooding my ceiling. Very friendly and helpful. I needed to checkout options for a new unit and Christian took his time to check out multiple solutions to find the best choices for me. He made sure I understood and didn't rush me through.

Professional, on time, knowledgeable, friendly, responded to questions. The 2 young gentlemen went straight to work, they seemed to show knowledge re; their respective duties. They always involved me in any decisions that I could supply. I would use them in any condition that I might occur with my new A/C. Two fine young men who definitely knew their job, what to do, and how to do it. Left my home as they found it. No mess, no fuss. A great experience.
