This company replaced and installed my new A.C unit approximately two years ago. Randy from sales/ service has always been so kind. I would say any of the staff I've had relations with have always been kind and courteous. If you call them with an issue often times the service tech will try and troubleshoot your issue via the phone, as a way to try to save you the money of a trip charge and service call fees. They are very honest, upfront and they don't try to price gouge you either. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!
