When the cold snap hit the 2nd week of December, our heater went out. Paul came out and was super helpful in finding that there was a problem with our zone panel and blower motor. He helped with the warranty paperwork for the motor and found us a zone panel. My wife and daughter are immunocompromised and he wore a mask the whole time without even being asked. The repair was done quickly. On Christmas Eve, our heat went out again (no at all related to what they did before) and a tech came out within the hour, found the quick fix and was in and out with the heat working again in under 10 minutes. I can't recommend this company enough!

Action has been superb with this job. Jeff Wilder was very clear and informative about these systems, and about what we wanted and what his company could and would do to accomplish it. This job entailed a new location for the new more efficient heat pump, as well as a lot of rehab on the ductwork in the attic. The team was efficient and professional, very helpful and informative. The customer service is great. A small problem at 2:30pm, and a team arrived before 4:00pm to see to our needs. Action has gone the extra mile for us, and we highly recommend this company.

Paul from Action came to my rescue. A/C unit stopped working with company in town. Paul came out within a couple hours. Was quick and efficient and Super friendly, got it going quick.

Let's by pass all the fluff. As a General Contractor, I have worked with many sub-contractors in my 40+ years. Jeff Wilder is a man of his word. He gets the job done on time, on budget and the best part, his crews are really perfectionists. I watched them on my last installation and it was superb! They pick up their mess and are very knowledgeable and pleasant and answer all the questions I ask without being offended. They go the extra mile and a half to please the customer and this is what we lack in Service Companies today. All the other companies want to do is slop it in and collect the money. No Professionalism.

On my commercial Building when servicing my 6 units, each and every time they don’t leave without it being correct. In fact, another contractor, that I will not mention, which I will not allow on my property, told me I needed to have a new unit at the cost of $1,500.00. I called Jeff for a second opinion, not telling them that I had someone else inspect the unit, and all I needed was to fix the leak. Jeff Wilder/Action Heating and Air is NO. One in my book! They now handle my house and rentals all over.
