Action Air is an outstanding example of professional customer service excellence. I initially called them to quote on upgrading to a new heatpump, air handler and internet enabled thermostat controller. Jeff, the General Manager, arrived on time and had already pulled the house specs from the County records so that he could do a full heat load calculation to determine exactly what size of system was required. He physically inspected all the ductwork for integrity, examined the 16 year old existing Trane system and indicated that it was fully operational and although old, need not be replaced, and listened to our requirement for remote control access to the thermostat when we are not home for extended periods. We opted to put in a new Trane system (XR15 heatpump, Hyperion XL TAM7 air handler, and Prestige Thermostat Control) for better efficiency and lower risk of failure vs the old system.

Attention to detail, follow-through on commitments and a desire to put in the right system earned them our business.

Installation was transparent. The lead system engineer, Aaron, arrived on time with all necessary equipment, components and help. He explained what the process would involve and then executed the plan. At the end of the day, other than a new system running quietly in place, you would never know anyone had been at the house. There was no debris of any kind, the old system was hauled away and all instructions/warranty information was handed over in a clean Action Air folder after a brief operating tutorial.

I would recommend Action Air for any HVAC requirement and I would not hesitate to provide them my personal reference. They are professional, trustworthy, friendly, knowledgable and extremely pleasant to deal with. Thanks guys.
