Our AC unit of 14 years, originally installed by Action Heating and Air went kaput last Thursday. We have a 89 year old living with us, 2 pups and had plans to be out of town for a wedding on Friday. The unit had to be ordered and couldn’t be installed until the following week. Mike put things in motion right away, with great urgency and was able to have our AC unit installed the following day. With peace of mind, we were able to make the out of town wedding, and the house was comfortable and cool for my family. To the graciousness of the vendors and customers that gave up their slots and equipment for installation, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our faith in humanity has been restored.

My mom, Mona Drainer, and I live together. We called Action Heating & Air because our AC went out. Mom is 77 yrs old and has difficulty breathing in the heat. Action sent Aaron out to service our AC. He was absolutely awesome and did a complete maintenance on our system. If we ever need service again, we will request Aaron. He’s the BEST!!!!!!
